The GO-FOR-GOLD Program operates with three non-negotiable pillars:

After an initial third-party Pre-Application KYC process, the GO-FOR-GOLD Program entrusts due diligence of all applicants over 18 to Harod Associates Ltd, a UK-based investigative firm accredited in citizenship and investment-migration vetting.

These standards are what protect partners, clients, and the reputation of the program itself.

This balance is what gives GO-FOR-GOLD long-term credibility and distinguishes it from transactional, low-integrity models found elsewhere.

The Incorporated Company: A Core Component of the GO-FOR-GOLD Program

Every GO-FOR-GOLD application includes the incorporation of a fully registered Sierra Leone company, complete with:

  • A corporate bank account
  • A nominee shareholder/director
  • A registered office address
  • First-year maintenance and compliance covered

This structure is a foundational and critical component of the program’s design — a genuine, ready-to-operate investment vehicle aligned to encourage Foreign Direct Investment in Sierra Leone.

What Happens After Naturalisation?

Once the Certificate of Naturalisation is signed by the President:

  • The incorporated company is fully under the applicant’s control.
  • If it remains dormant, it may be struck off with no fees.
  • If used actively, normal compliance obligations apply.
  • After the first year, ongoing full-service corporate maintenance is available at USD 2,500 per year.
Domestic Compliance Responsibilities

GO-FOR-GOLD compliance is governed by Sierra Leonean law and the integrity framework of the program.
These rules are fixed, universal, and form part of our own regulatory obligations.

Applicants may come from jurisdictions with vastly different marital laws, tax, reporting, or disclosure requirements.
For that reason:

  • We cannot tailor the programme to each country’s domestic rules, nor can we comment on an applicant’s home-country tax, disclosure, or reporting obligations.
  • Any obligations arising in a client’s country of citizenship, residence, or tax domicile remain the responsibility of the applicant and their professional advisers.
  • This boundary protects both the applicant and the program from misinterpretation.
